Rock cruising is a procedure that breaks down rock into fine little pieces. It involves rock crushing equipment used in construction, mining, and aggregate industry. The loader loads the crusher with huge chunks of rock. However, the crusher cannot crush large-sized stones.
Although there are various trommel screeners for sale, they are essential because they separate the materials dug from the grounds.
Various Equipment Required For Rock Crushing
Vibrating Conveyor Belt
These are incredibly long belts that help carry the aggregate designed for crushing to many crushers that will be used. However, raw materials like giant pieces of rock are excavated, then put into a dump truck and and best truck scale then drained gradually and gently onto these vibrating conveyor belts. To cut out the stones into little pieces, they vibrate and keep many large pieces from falling into the crusher at once.
Jaw Crusher
It is primarily the first step in aggregate crushing. It has a vertical and an angled plate. The vibrating conveyor belt adds large stones into the jaw crusher, and the angled plate crushes it against the motionless upward plate. Then it moves down a “throat” at the bottom line, smashed into little pieces.

Impact Crusher
However, there is another vibrating conveyor belt that takes the crushed aggregate to a second crusher. Even though the stones are smaller, they are not as small to be used in the reconstruction process. The impact crusher uses a system of wheels that throw rocks against the hard plate where they get apart and break on impact.
Vibrating Screen
There are several layers of filters in the vibrating screen. After the aggregate crushing, the aggregate is drenched into these vibrating screens, where the filters divide the rocks into various sizes. However, the finer the aggregate is, the more it gets filtered. The facility or quarry can then parcel out these different materials manufactured by aggregate crushing and send them to the desired customers.
Dump Trucks
Up to 90% of all aggregate is shifted by dump trucks. After it is moved out of the ground and compressed, cut or blown into exact shape and size, the crushed aggregate is transferred to the worksite, where the final product will be used in the construction work.
